Shipping Policy
As our policy, we do not accept the return or exhcange.
We've been pursuring the knives are unique and special. Each of the knives, which is the only one in the world. All knives are made to be owned by her fate owners, and will be cherished by the people whom understand the value of her and the spirits of the knife artisans. For the reasons above, we cherish the fate(縁ーＥＮ in Japanese) between customers and us.
Return & Exchange Policy
We ship the ordered knives through Express Mail Service(EMS) by Japanese post office. For the knives in stock, we will send them in 48hours after receiving order, and for customized knives, we will ship them no later than the leading time we promised at the time we accept the order with picture or drawing.
Regarding to the shipping rate, we set them flat 1000Yen( around 10 US $)to any where not restricted by the local government ro can not be reached by war situations.
